Job Brief:

A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. Additionally, they will hire and train additional support member in a business's tech department. They use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management.

As this is a senior position held in a company, a master's degree in Project Management or Technology field is required. Individuals who work well in a collaborative environment and pay meticulous attention to detail tend to excel in the position of Technical Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the project team which includes designing team, development team, and testing team.

Technical experience in solution design & development:

Frontend: React JS, Next JS, HTML,CSS and UI Framework.

Backend: Core PHP, MVC frameworks like CI, Node JS, etc.

  • Reporting to the Senior Management on daily productivity/work progress.
  • Exposure to Client Generation and the following duties: Client Handling/ Team Handling/ Prior Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization) / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles.
  • Having exposure to International and Domestic market for Client Generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Able to generate interest and engages the client during calls and emails.
  • Candidates with Project Management, Digital Marketing & Technical Skills Preferred.
  • Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions of client escalations/queries.
  • Preparing Blueprints of the projects after discussing with the Client and should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to quickly define and redefine workflows to ensure project timelines are met and quality ensured.
  • Good relationship-building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with the client to manage performance objectives, and customer- expectations and assess customer needs on an ongoing basis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7+ years of Technical Project Management experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts and tools.
  • A track record as a coach, mentor, and developer of talent.
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and project team.
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Minimum three year’s management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
  • An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and
  • maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with
  • a series of constraints
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk
  • management, change management, project management
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and

  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
