Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management, administering employee benefits, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning - Implements procedures and administers the activities of recruitment, interviewing, orientation and training to achieve organizational goals. Prepare job description after doing manpower planning and job posting on several hiring portals, screen applicants and resumes, conduct candidate interviews, provide best-qualified candidates in coordination with hiring managers, coordinate with the recruitment vendors for multiple IT and non-IT positions, communicate employment offers to the selected candidates and negotiate counter offers.
Orientation & Onboarding - Conduct initial employee orientation for purposes of ensuring proper communication of HR policies, and training to use HR software for appropriate completion of payroll and employee documentation.
Record keeping & documentation - Maintain personnel records (active and term files), i.e., ensuring timely and accurate records/documentation of Admin and HR department.
Planning & implementation of HR policies - Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the personnel policy and procedure manual.
Performance Management - Initiates and implements an effective employee performance evaluation system.
Human resource Budgeting - Finalization of the monthly budget plan of the assigned branch (Noida) branch in coordination & with the approval of the management.
Employee Engagement – Responsible for finalization of employee engagement yearly calendar to organize & conduct various activities on regular basis, such as – organizing Birthday parties, celebrating festivals, and other cultural activities & other such activities to creatively engage employees.
HR Software –Taking care of the proper system of attendance and leave applications at the office for the smooth & error-free process of payroll, and to solve timely queries of all employees.
Administrative Activities - Actively participate and demonstrate leadership as an HR Manager in providing quality support to the Top management and contributing to enhancing overall business goals and objectives by making Standard operating systems in the organization.
HR Strategic Role - Involvement in HR automation initiatives & HR policy formulation. Played a key role in introducing new HR initiatives & plans along with the Hiring plans & policies in coordination with the Top management. Took an active part in the formulation & implementation of Strategic decisions for organizational growth.
Compliances - Assist in affirmative action in HR compliance regulations by maintaining records, reports, and logs to conform to rules & regulations
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist of a minimum of 5 years
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
- Role will be 70% for Recruitment and 30% for other generalist activities
